At High Springs Shutter Company, we stand behind the quality of our PVC shutters and are committed to your satisfaction. We offer a limited warranty to ensure your shutters are protected from manufacturing defects and performance issues under normal conditions.


đź“… Warranty Coverage

Coverage Term:
This limited warranty is valid for 5 years from the date of delivery and covers the following defects in material and workmanship:

  • Rot

  • Peeling

  • Flaking

  • Blistering

  • Splitting

  • Chipping

This warranty is non-transferrable and applies only to qualifying homeowners (see eligibility below).


🏡 Who Is Covered

This warranty applies to:

  • Homeowners who own and continuously reside in the home where the shutters are installed.

  • Homeowners who purchase a newly constructed residence where our shutters have been installed.

For any other structures—including rental properties, public-use buildings, or commercial applications—the warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferrable.


⚙️ Warranty Terms & Prorated Coverage

If a manufacturing defect is identified within the warranty period, High Springs Shutter Company will either:

  • Replace the affected product, or

  • Refund the original purchase price (at our discretion)

Labor costs, installation, refinishing, or coating are not covered.

Coverage is prorated as follows:

Shutter Age Percent Covered
0–1 Years 100%
2–3 Years 75%
4 Years 50%
5 Years 25%

Any repair or replacement provided under this warranty is subject to the original warranty term and does not extend or renew the warranty period.


⚠️ What’s Not Covered

  • Normal weathering or aging of the product

  • Damage due to improper installation, misuse, abuse, or neglect

  • Use of unapproved paints or finishes

  • Any consequential or incidental damages

  • Any product that has been modified or altered

  • Color fading due to natural exposure

High Springs Shutter Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue any product or color option without notice.


đź§ľ How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us at info@highspringsshutterco.com with:

  • Your original order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the defect and installation

We will review your claim and respond within 3–5 business days.


This warranty is the exclusive warranty offered and supersedes all other written or oral warranties.
